No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification Case PUD-81-20-2M Sunrise Villa II <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 85:44) dated August 6, 1985, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood stated the developer agreed that he would rent the <br />project for five years and now he wants to get out of that condition of ap- <br />proval.
