The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Mayor Mercer on items 4i and 4p ABSENT: None MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS Councilmember Mohr advised she is continuing to meet with the Pleasanton Downtown business people regarding the Downtown Assessment District, and she expects to have a draft report to the Council by the first meeting in August. Mayor Mercer stated the street exiting from one of the subdivisions onto Mohr Avenue is full of potholes. He requested staff to take action to correct this problem. Mayor Mercer requested staff to check with PG&E to determine what is being done to correct the problem of power outages in the North Pleasanton, Pleasan- ton Valley and Del Prado areas. He stated these outages are affecting ap- pliances of these residents as well as traffic signals and timing of watering the medians, parks, etc. Councilmember Mohr stated that with the recent fire problems she would like to have a report from staff regarding the best action to take relative to -3- 7'16L85
