On-Site Design: The site development design includes on-site civil engineering design for storm, sanitary and water utilities, grading, paving, and parking lot striping; landscape design for planting, irrigation and an agility course of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. with 400 sq. ft. covered rest area; architectural design for precast fences and gates; architecture and mechanical design for underground fuel storage systems; structural bulk storage revetments; design for vehicle roll-over wash unit and two wash racks, and design of the buildings' structure for hazardous materials storage and facilities (does not include the specific hazardous materials systems and containment design); electrical power and communications distribution and site lighting; emergency power generation for all electrical services; mechanical and plumbing systems. 5. Off-Site DeSign: This will include design of sanitary sewer line to Kamp Drive in accordance with Exhibit "B" prepared by Cooper and Sword, storm sewer line to Arroyo Mocho outfall in accordance with Route "B" on Exhibit "C" prepared by Cooper and Sword (further refined and completed by our Subconsultant--Schaaf & Wheeler), which includes sizing and design flow, and water main loop from on-site, and along future extension of Kamp Drive to Busch Road in accordance with Exhibit "A" prepared by Cooper and Sword; street design for Busch Road to include one-half street with curb, gutter, sidewalks, electroliers, driveway turnouts and handicapped ramps from the Valley Avenue/Busch Road extension to the eastern edge of the site; centerline profile design for Kamp Drive and Martin Avenue extensions for use in storm, sanitary and water utility design. 6. Surveys: Topographic surveys will be prepared for Kamp Drive extension, Martin Avenue from Kamp Drive to Arroyo Mocho, Busch Road from Valley Avenue extension to the east boundary of the site and over the 17 acre site to reflect the current site conditions. 7. The Buildings: The building design includes services for the following: a. Administration Building: Architectural and structural design for exterior and interiors, electrical design for power, lighting and communications, mechanical design for heating, ventilating plumbing and fire sprinklers.
