REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER Revisions to the Standard Traffic Assumptions Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 86:37) dated February 4, 1986, regard- ing this matter. Mr. Ben Tarver, 1144 Arak Court, stated he is in agreement with the Plan- ning Commission recommendations and all of the comments made by the Planning Commissioners relative to the recommendations. He requested Council to sup- port the Planning Commission recommendations as submitted. Mr. Chris Kinzel, representing TJKM Traffic Consultants, stated his firm has worked closely with staff and Planning Commission regarding this matter and although the Planning Commission recommendations differ from TJKM's ear- lier recommendations he feels their recommendations are very reasonable and he supports the position of the Planning Commission. After considerable discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 86-47, approving changes to the North Pleasanton Traffic Study assumptions as presented in Staff Report 86:37 but deleting change No. 1, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: None Matters for the Information of the Council Three Month Agenda Planning Report Mr. Walker presented the City Council agenda planning report for the months of February, March, and April. Aminal Shelter Petitions Mr. Walker presented his report (IR 86:07) dated January 30, 1986, regard- ing this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. Status of Capital Improvement Projects Mr. Okamura presented his report (IR 86:11) dated February 4, 1986, regarding this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item.
