Angela Street, stated he is in favor of <br /> the proposed project. <br /> <br />r"' No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the item. <br />r'- There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hear- <br />L{') ing closed on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br />m It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> that Resolution No. 86-33, determining on the basis of a review of initial <br />~Z environmental study done for this project, that no significant environmental <br /> impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative <br /> declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-85-13, application of Pamela <br /> Antrim for rezoning from RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District and development <br /> plan approval to construct a ten-unit apartment complex on an approximately <br /> 0.48 acre site, located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West <br />__. Angela Street, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr expressed concern regarding unsightly balconies, and <br /> asked if the CC&R's could regulate this matter. Staff advised this would be <br /> difficult to regulate. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> that Ordinance No. 1241, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br /> thereof, approving PUD-85-13, application of Pamela Antrim for rezoning from <br /> RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br /> Density Residential District and development plan approval to construct a ten- <br /> unit apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre site located on the <br /> southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street, subject to all con- <br /> ditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2743, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> PUD-85-20, Application of George Marment for rezoning from "0" (Office} to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District and develop- <br /> ment plan approval to construct a two-story, twelve-unit apartment complex on <br /> a 0.5 acre site located on the west side of Peters Avenue between West Angela <br /> Street and Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br /> Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 86:27) dated January 21, 1986, regard- <br /> ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br /> negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Peter Shutts, architect, 699 Peters Avenue, representing the appli- <br /> cant, presented renderings of the proposed project.
