Angela Street, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: None Councilmember Mohr expressed concern regarding unsightly balconies, and asked if the CC&R's could regulate this matter. Staff advised this would be difficult to regulate. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1241, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-85-13, application of Pamela Antrim for rezoning from RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District and development plan approval to construct a ten- unit apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre site located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street, subject to all con- ditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2743, be introduced. Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative declaration. Mr. Peter Shutts, architect, 699 Peters Avenue, representing the appli- cant, presented renderings of the proposed project.
