He advised he received a phone call this date from Mr. Otto <br />that he is not in favor of the annexation. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler expressed concern regarding the island created by <br />this annexation. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that Resolution No. 86-403, making application to LAFCO for Annexation No. <br />115, 246 acres on Dublin Canyon Road owned by John Ferreri; Resolution No. 86- <br />404, agreeing to the exchange of property tax revenue in connection with An- <br />nexation No. 115, 246 acres on Dublin Canyon Road owned by John Ferreri; and <br />· initiating prezoning for Annexation No. 115, 246 acres on Dublin Canyon Road <br />owned by John Ferreri, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES:- Councilmember Mercer, Wood, and Vice Mayor Mohr <br />NOES: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSENT: Mayor Brandes <br /> <br />Request for Annexation of Approximately 15 Acres on Trenery Drive (Corley) <br />(Contd. from 8-5-86} ' <br /> Vice Mayor Mohr declared this item removed from the agenda, at the request <br />of the applicant. <br /> <br />Modification to Lower Income Exemption of Growth Management Program <br /> This item was considered with item 9c above. <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Case PUD-81-30-3D, Site 17 of Hacienda Business Park <br />(PUD-81-30-1M) <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 86:68) dated August 19, 1986, regarding <br />this matter.
