473 <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br /> be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of Cit~ Council Minutes for 7-15-86. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim October 6-13, 1986, as Junior Week. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-346, approving the 1986-87 contract with <br /> Alameda County for extended library hours for a total cost of $40,984.00; <br /> and authorizing execution of the contract by the appropriate city <br /> officials. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-347, approval of Letter of Agreement with <br /> Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., to serve as Underwriter in financing the <br /> Operations Service Center, Sycamore Reservoir, various items of equipment, <br /> and additional City office facilities. <br /> <br /> e.Adoption of Resolution No. 86-348, approval of Claims for the month of <br /> June 1986, in the amount of $6,915,846.64. <br /> <br />(D') f. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-349, acceptance of a Grant of Easement from <br /> Hopyard Partners for maintenance of the public onsite domestic and irriga- <br />~'~ tion water services up to and including the water meters, in the Tam In- <br />Iml vestment Center (Hopyard Center). <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-350, approval of revised Memorandum of <br /> Understanding for the Hopyard Road/I-580 Interchange; approval of the <br /> Cooperative Agreements and Escrow Agreements for both Stage 2 and Stage 3 <br /> work on the Hopyard Road/I-580 Interchange; and authorizing the Mayor to <br /> execute all of the above-mentioned documents. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-351, approval of final map, improvement <br /> plan, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5439, Country Fair Estates - <br /> Ponderosa Homes; and authorizing execution of the Subdivision Agreement by <br /> the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-352, approval of finding of overcrowding by <br /> Pleasanton Joint Elementary School District. <br /> <br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-353, acceptance of public improvements for <br /> Tract 4263, Oak Park - Savco Construction Company; and authorizing the <br /> City Attorney to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-354, acceptance of deed from Pleasanton Oak <br /> Park Homeowners Association for street right-of-way purposes for Tract <br /> 4263, Oak Park; and authorizing the City Attorney to prepare a Certificate <br /> of Acceptance in order that said documents can be recorded. <br /> <br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-355, acceptance of public improvements for <br /> the reconstruction of Augustine Street, CIP No. 86-07; approving final <br /> payment to O. C.
