Brandes, Jr., called the Regular Meeting of the City Coun- <br /> cil to order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor Brandes were present. Council- <br />members Butler and Wood were absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, <br />City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development, and Mrs. Bengtson, Director of <br />Parks and Community Services, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be added to the agenda: <br /> <br />item 4cc Authorization of Reimbursement for Landscape Improvements for <br /> Assessment District No. 1984-2; Stoneridge Business Center; <br /> <br />item 12e-5 - Hacienda Drive Arch Illumination. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items on the agenda be continued: <br /> <br />item 4o - Continue to August 19, 1986 Approval of Final Map, Improvement <br /> Plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5446 (Panganiban); <br /> <br />item 8c - Continue to August 19, 1986 PUD-81-30-35D, Application of Pacific <br /> Rim Development Corporation for design review approval to construct <br /> an approximately 103,700 square foot, five-building specialty retail <br /> complex, to be located on an approximately 9.7 acre site, located at <br /> the northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Stone- <br /> ridge Drive; <br /> <br />item 8d - Continue indefinitely AP-86-06, Appeal by the Martin Company of a <br /> decision of the Design Review Board approving a comprehensive sign <br /> program for the approximately 202,500 sq. ft. multi-tenant office <br /> complex located at 4473 Willow Road; <br /> <br />item 89 Continue to 9-2-86 - North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 2, <br /> Assessment District 1986-7; <br /> <br />item 12c- Continue to 8-19-86 - Request for Annexation of Approximately 15 <br /> acres on Trenery Drive (Corley). <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised there would be an Executive Session held at the conclu- <br />sion of this meeting to discuss personnel, purchase of property from School <br />District, and Mark Redeker's Workers Compensation case. <br /> <br /> <br />
