491 <br /> Councilmember Mohr stated this would give the City something to enforce; <br /> radar cannot be used for speed limits of 45 MPH. <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott advised he utilized the statewide procedures in establishing <br /> the speed limit. It is felt that 85% drive within speed limits prudent for <br /> the situation.
