Adoption of Resolution No. 86-302, acceptance of improvements for the sidewalk repair on various City streets, Project No. 86-09; authorize filing the Notice of Completion; authorize final payment to the contractor Tony Rangel Construction in the amount of $13,725.54 and retain ten per- cent of the final cost of $7,685.63; and authorizing the appropriation of $1,856.25 to the sidewalk repair program to cover the cost of Change Or- ders found necessary during the course of construction. m.
