375 <br /> Request to Connect to City Sewer System and Approval of Preannexation Agree- <br /> ment for 728 Mockingbird Lane <br /> Mr. Okamura presented his report (SR 86:223) dated June 3, 1986, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> that Resolution No. 86-263, authorizing the connection of 728 Mockingbird Lane <br /> to the City sewer system, provided all connection work is done to the satis- <br /> faction of the City Engineer and all costs are borne by the property owner; <br /> requiring the property owner {E.
