After brief discussion, no action was required or taken on the <br /> item. <br /> <br /> Valley Avenue Extension Agreement <br /> Councilmember Butler stated that a subcommittee had been appointed to con- <br />- sider the Valley Avenue extension, and this document is the result of negotia- <br /> tions and is an important agreement necessary to finalize the assessment <br /> district. <br /> <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the draft agreement and reviewed its contents.
