<br />Adams~ Bob Combs and William Skinner for development plan approval for a 15
<br />unit single-family residential development, to be located on an ap roximatel
<br />10 acre site located approximately 400 feet west of Martin Avenue ~etween MoKr

<br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1286 was introduced on November 18,
<br />1986, by a vote of 3-Ayes, 1-No, and that it was now in order to adopt the
<br />ordinance.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr,
<br />that Ordinance No. 1286, approval of PUD-86-15, application of Earl Adams, Bob
<br />Combs, and William Skinner for development plan approval for a 15 unit single-
<br />family residential development, to be located on an approximately 10 acre site
<br />located approximately 400 feet west of Martin Avenue between Mohr Avenue and
<br />Cameron Drive, be adopted.
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer
<br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes
<br />ABSENT: None

<br />erties to R-l-40; and the Wells Fargo Bank, Curdy, and Messa parcels to
<br />Agriculture, located on both sides of Foothill Road generally in the area
<br />north of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road
