He expects to start construction by April 1, 1987, and be open by Christmas. He stated the proposed development is compatible to surrounding businesses. He advised the traffic studies done show there will only be minor impact. He asked if condi- tion No. 4 relative to bonding requirements could be eliminated since AT&T has been constructed. Mr. Swift advised that last sentence of that condition should be retained.
