It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 86-510, initiating a household hazardous waste disposal program for the City of Pleasanton, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Butler Vacancy on Human Services Commission Mayor Brandes stated there is a vacancy on the Human Services Commission created by the resignation of Michael Hunt. After discussion, action on this matter was delayed until after election of the new Mayor. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:15 p.m., to discuss pending litigation relative to the Barbara Ross and Charles Camp- bell cases.
