193 <br /> <br /> stated that Rhodes and Jam~eson owns E1 Charro Road and they are resigned to <br /> the fact that E1Charro will probably become a public road. The thing that <br /> does not seem to get resolved is the traffic expectations of each of the three <br /> cities of Dublin,~Livermore, and Pleasanton, and Alameda County (Staples <br /> Ranch) regarding fhe E1 Charro/580 interchange and the Stoneridge/E1 Charro/ <br /> Los Positas connection, and the added burden of 5,000 trucks. per day. He <br /> stated it appears the two cities on the south side of the Freeway are relying <br /> on E1 Charro to do things with each city's traffic flows that when added <br /> together will far exceed the capacity of the E1 Charro interchange and will <br /> create a real problem with the trucks., He stated that no one has talked to <br /> Rhodes and Jamison about working out the problems. He urged Council to watch <br /> out for problems in this area. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Parcel 24 - Stoneridge Drive, be designated as a specific plan with the <br />following land uses: 31.0 acres as low density residential, 71.0 acres as <br />medium density residential, 86.0 acres as high density residential, 20.0 acres <br />as business park, 15.0 acres as public and institutional, 30.0 acres and park <br />and recreation, and 40.0 acres as rights-of-way, for a total of 293.00. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes changed his vote to NO on this item, because he felt the <br />Staples Ranch should be plaed in urban land reserve. <br /> <br />Parcel 25 - R. C. Johnson <br /> No one in the audience spoke on this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Parcel 25 R.C. Johnson, that this 197.0 acres be removed from the <br />planning area. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Parcel 26 - Busch <br /> No one in the audience spoke on this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that Parcel 26 - Busch, be designated as follows on the general plan: 26.0 <br />acres as medium density residential, and 8.7 acres as high density residen- <br />tial, for a total of 34.7 acres. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Parcel 27 - Busch <br /> No one in the audience spoke on this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Parcel 27 - Busch, be designated as follows on the general plan: 55.7 <br /> <br /> - 25 - 9-16-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
