3759 Vineyard Avenue, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED:Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he could not vote in favor of this application <br />because he did not like the long narrow strip development and because of the <br />serious traffic problem on Vineyard Avenue, which may or may not be alleviated <br />after the completion of the Bernal Avenue Loop. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated that although these projects do not fall <br />under the Vintage Hills moratorium there needs to be an evaluation of this <br />area.
