It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- ler, that Resolution No. 87-170, determining on the basis of a review of ini- tial environmental study done for this project, that no significant environ- mental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-87-4, application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for development plan approval for a 264- unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Cnyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road, be adopted.
