It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br />ler, that Resolution No. 87-170, determining on the basis of a review of ini- <br />tial environmental study done for this project, that no significant environ- <br />mental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a <br />negative declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-87-4, application <br />of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for development plan approval for a 264- <br />unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre <br />site located on the north side of Old Dublin Cnyon Road, approximately 4,800 <br />feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, to approve PUD-87-4, application of <br />John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for development plan approval for a 264-unit <br />residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site <br />located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road, subject to conditions as <br />approved by Planning Commission (excluding Condition No. 19). <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, to deny PUD-87-4, application of <br />John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for development plan approval for a 264-unit <br />residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site <br />located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />to approve PUD-87-4, application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for <br />development plan approval for a 264-unit residential condominium complex to be <br />located on an approximately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dub- <br />lin Canyon Road, subject to conditions as approved by Planning Commission and <br />including Condition No. 19, amended to read as follows: "That because an unac- <br />ceptable traffic level of service will exist at the Foothill/Dublin Canyon <br />Road intersection until the Stoneridge Drive I~680 interchange is operational, <br />no City building or grading permits shall be issued for the project until ap- <br />proval of the environmental documentation by the Federal Highway Administra- <br />tion for the interchange". <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wilson <br />NOES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, and Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Mayor Mercer, that Ordinance No. 1308, to be read by title only and waiving <br />further reading thereof, and after finding that the development is consistent <br />with the General Plan and purposes of the PUD Ordinance, approve PUD-87-4, <br />application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for development plan approval <br />for a 264-unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approxi- <br />mately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road, ap- <br />proximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dub- <br />lin Canyon Road, subject to conditions attached to Staff Report 87:167, but <br />excluding Condition No. 19, be introduced. <br /> <br /> 16 - 4-21-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
