MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> April 21, 1987 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />" order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br /> lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were <br /> present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities, and Mr. Swift, Director of Planning <br /> and Community Development, were present. <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be added to the agenda: <br />~ item 4y Approval of Plans and Authorization to Call for Bids for the <br />· 'l Stoneridge Drive Connection from West Las Positas Boulevard to Santa <br />=~ Rita Road (NPID). <br /> <br />C)") item 4z - Offer of Redgwick Construction Company to Provide Fill for Val Vista <br />~ Park Extension. <br /> <br /> item 5f - Review of Maximum Allowable Rents - North Pleasanton Lower Income <br /> Exemptions. <br /> <br /> item 14a- Letter from Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following item be withdrawn from the agenda: <br /> <br /> item 9h AP-87-3, Appeal of Singleton of a decision of the Planning Commis- <br /> sion approving Tract 5736, application of William Skinner and Earl <br /> Adams to subdivide an approximately five acre site into eight par- <br /> cels for single-family residential use, ranging in size from ap- <br /> proximately 20,600 sq. ft., to approximately 36,000 sq. ft., located <br /> on the north side of Mohr Avenue, approximately 500 feet west of the <br /> intersection of Martin Avenue and Mohr Avenue. Zoning for the prop- <br /> erty is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential Dis- <br /> trict (Continued Open from 4-7-87). <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that item 13a - Proposed Agreement for Exemption from <br /> Assessment of a Portion of Kaiser Permanente Parcel, be considered before <br /> Public Hearings on the agenda. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes requested that item 4v - PG&E Tree Removal/ <br /> Replacement Program, be removed from the Consent Calendar and moved to item <br /> 12c on the agenda, to allow for discussion. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
