Councilmember Brandes <br />stated he felt it is important to set a time frame relative to this matter. <br />After discussion, Council determined to allow ninety {90) days as a reasonable <br />time for repair and rehabilitation to commence on this building; if no action <br />is taken the Building Department would enforce the Uniform Code for the Abate- <br />ment of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to PUD-85-1-1M, Devor Nurseries <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 87:37) dated April 7, 1987, regarding <br />this matter. No action was required o.r taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br />Appointment of Park and Recreation Commissioners <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that after reviewing an excellent number of applicants <br /> for the Park and Recreation Commission, he would recommend reappointment of <br /> the three incumbent Commissioners, based on the City Council policy of allow- <br /> ing commissioners two terms. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Bran- <br /> des, that Resolution No. 87-136, reappointing Bernie Cooper and A. Ryan McKeon <br /> as Regular Members on the Park and Recreation Commission for a term of four <br /> years, said terms to expire February 15, 1991, and reappointing Steven A. <br /> Krahnke as Alternate Member on the Park and Recreation Commission for a term <br /> of four years, said term to expire February 15, 1991, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br /> 5 - 4-7-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
