Councilmember Brandes stated he felt it is important to set a time frame relative to this matter. After discussion, Council determined to allow ninety {90) days as a reasonable time for repair and rehabilitation to commence on this building; if no action is taken the Building Department would enforce the Uniform Code for the Abate- ment of Dangerous Buildings. Pleasanton Housing Authority Board of Commissioners - Action Report, Meeting of March 19, 1987 Mrs. Bengtson presented her report (IR 87:38) dated April 7, 1987, regard- ing this matter. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS Appointment of Park and Recreation Commissioners Mayor Mercer stated that after reviewing an excellent number of applicants for the Park and Recreation Commission, he would recommend reappointment of the three incumbent Commissioners, based on the City Council policy of allow- ing commissioners two terms. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Bran- des, that Resolution No. 87-136, reappointing Bernie Cooper and A. Ryan McKeon as Regular Members on the Park and Recreation Commission for a term of four years, said terms to expire February 15, 1991, and reappointing Steven A. Krahnke as Alternate Member on the Park and Recreation Commission for a term of four years, said term to expire February 15, 1991, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: 5 - 4-7-87
