He stated the budget is divided into five sections: streets; <br />water; parks; sewer; and miscellaneous. He suggested Council go through each <br />category individually and make comments or recommendations. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated there has been a request from residents along Foothill <br />Road for a soundwall from Foothill High School to Moller Park. He advised <br />preliminary estimates reveal the cost would be approximately $1 million for an <br />eight foot soundwall at this location.
