No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment,' Design Review Board, and Planning <br />Commission at their meetinq of March 11, 1987 <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 87:28) dated February 26, 1987, regard- <br />ing this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />PUD-BS-7-1M, Minor Modification to Del Valle Manor (Mike Harris} <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 87:27) dated March 17, 1987, regarding <br />this matter. Mayor Mercer stated the colors for this project were not what he <br />thought they would be. No other action was required or taken by Council on <br />the item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to PUD-85-8-3M, Hacienda Business Park Phase II <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 87:29) dated March 17, 1987, regarding <br />this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Brandes advised that in a recent newspaper article it stated <br />the City of Montclair had hired a consultant with expertise in Proposition 4 <br />funds who was able to increase the amount of this revenue. He requested that <br />the City staff investigate this possibility and report back to Council with <br />the findings. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated that Viacom Cablevision is investigating the <br />possibility of televising Council meetings and other meetings of interest to <br />the community. Cable TV will be requesting a permit for a temporary antenna <br />near the old Pleasanton Elementary School site, to determine if it will be <br />possible to televise meetings from City Hall, before they install permanent <br />equipment. He asked that consideration be given to this request by Viacom. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he would like the Engineering Department to be <br /> aware of a serious radio frequency interference violation in the vicinity of <br /> the former Pleasanton School site; City staff should check with the FCC <br /> regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> 3 - 3-17-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
