MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS Councilmember Brandes stated he witnessed a fire at a residence in Del Prado; he commended the Fire Department for their outstanding efforts in con- taining the fire. He stated the fire was caused by sparks on the roof. He asked if spark arrestors could be required on all residential resales as is now required on new construction.
