MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Mr. Jim Rubnitz, 1925 Winchester Boulevard, Campbell, representing B-W Construction Company, stated Council denied without prejudice his application to construct a 28-unit residential townhouse complex at 553 St. John Street, at the meeting of July 7, 1987. He requested Council to reconsider this item tonight. It was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, to reconsider the application of B-W Construction Company. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmember Wilson and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmembers Brandes and Mohr ABSENT: Councilmember Butler Mr. Beougher advised that Council could not act on this matter tonight because it would violate the Brown Act.
