Adoption of Resolution No. 87-309, supporting the Revolving Loan Fund sponsored by the United Way Target 1990 Housing Committee, to assist indi- viduals and families who are experiencing temporary financial difficulties or who have insufficient resources to pay rental deposits. 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-310, after review of bids, award contract for the Emergency Generator Connection for Wells 5, 6, and 7, and Vineyard Booster Pump Station, Project No. 87-61, to A & J Electric Company for the low bids of $15,985.00; and authorizing execution of the contract by the appropriate city officials. m.
