135 Mr. Swift advised the Conditional Use Permit for the Game Station has expired. After further discussion, Councilmember Wilson made a substitute motion, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 87-224, to grant the Conditional Use Permit to operate the Game Station at 4301 Valley Avenue for a period of ninety (90) days subject to conditions set forth in Staff Report 87:219; and instructing staff the prepare a report on how other PUD's in the area can be conditioned to control the problem areas in the Valley Plaza, be adopted.
