Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br />ler, t'hat Ordinance No. 1346, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, after finding the proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance <br />is consistent with the General Plan; approve RZ-87-8, Application of the City <br />of Pleasanton for an amendment to the zoning ordinance to modify the defini- <br />tion of a "Bar" to include any establishment which serves alcoholic beverages <br />to the public for on-site consumption after 10:00 p.m., be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> There were no reports of Boards and Commissions presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Resolutions Making Application to LAFCO and Agreeing to the Exchange of Prop- <br />erty Tax Revenue and Initiating Prezoning for Annexation 121 (County of <br />Alameda <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report {SR 87:499) dated November 17, 1987, <br />regarding this matter. Mr. Walker stated that the Stanley Boulevard right-of- <br />way should be included in this annexation application. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 87-514, making application to LAFCO for Annexation No. <br />121, County of Alameda, of approximately 10.77 acres located on the south side <br />of Stanley Boulevard, including right-of-way; that Resolution No. 87-515, <br />agreeing to the exchange of property tax revenue in connection with Annexation <br />No. 121, County of Alameda, of approximately 10.77 acres located on the south <br />side of Stanley Boulevard; and that Resolution No. 87-516, initiating prezon- <br />ing in connection with Annexation No. 121, County of Alameda, of approximately <br />10.77 acres located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Status of Hyde Park Pedestrian Access Easement <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 87:505) dated November 17, 1987, <br />regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Calvin L. Heihn, President of the Hyde Park Homeowners Association, <br />stated this group agrees to Option 2 presented in the September 1987 alternate <br />plan, however, should this plan impact their pending litigation in any manner <br />then they cannot agree to this or any other option unless it is approved by <br />their attorneys. <br /> <br /> 9 - 11-17-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
