He does not feel a continuance is justified <br />now. Council agreed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Nelson then made his presentation indicating the fees <br />were unfairly high in view of the fact he has only two tables in <br />operation for a limited number of hours. The cardroom survey <br />referred to includes larger cardrooms with longer hours of <br />operation. He indicated the character of his place has changed <br />since 1974, when a lot of nonlocals frequented the place. <br /> <br /> Ms. Jackie Chinnay, 2383 Goldcrest Circle, employee of <br />Pastime Pool spoke in support of the business. <br /> <br /> - 20 - 10-6-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
