Councilmember Brandes requested that the following items be appealed: V-87-21, Application of Robert Cox and Olde Town Antiques for a variance from the Municipal Code to allow for the installation of a wall-mounted sign higher 'than that permitted under the Downtown Revitalization District regulations, located at 465 Main Street. Councilmember Brandes stated he is appealing this item because the CDA report is not complete, and his concerns for the downtown area. Z-87-391, Application for design review approval to install permanent gates across the eastern driveway of the entrance of the Wellington town- house complex at 5375 Black Avenue.
