REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS There were no reports of Boards and Commissions presented at this meeting. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER Report on Traffic Study at the Intersection of Hansen and Calle de la Mesa Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 87:413) dated September 15, 1987, recommending that a 3-way stop not be established at the intersection of Han- sen Drive and Calle de la Mesa. Council concurred with this recommendation; therefore no action was taken on this item. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Reconsideration of Hots Noise Complaint Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 87:420) dated September 15, 1987, stating that Hops has ceased doing business, therefore no further action is required at this time regarding the noise problem from this establishment. Councilmember Brandes requested a report from the City Attorney regarding a proposed ordinance requiring conditional use permits for businesses such as Hots. COMMUNICATIONS There were no communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION There was no Executive Session held at this meeting. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 10:45 p.m., it was moved by Councilmem- ber Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjour- ned to meet again in Regular Session on October 6, 1987, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
