239 <br /> HEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (Contd.) <br /> Mr. Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood, asked if Zone 7 would be asked for a <br /> voluntary water conservation program and what was the City's responsibility in <br /> such an effort. Mayor Mercer advised that Zone 7 has enough ground water to <br /> last 5-12 years but he feels it is prudent to cut back. Mr. Hovingh stated he <br /> is concerned about asked the citizens to cut back on water then the City Coun- <br /> cil continue to approve more units. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:45 p.m., <br /> to discuss City Attorney recruitment and possible restructuring of the City <br />-- Attorney's office. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 11:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:05 p.m., it was moved by Councilmem- <br /> ber Wilson, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that the meeting be adjourned <br /> to meet again in Regular Session on May 3, 1988, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton <br /> Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />(22) NOES: None <br />(]C) ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> J~ESIR.
