Taylor for an <br />estimated cost of $5,000, and stated that he would prefer that <br />one. Mr. Walker responded that it was a very basic model and <br />felt the Sparton was superior to it. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr felt it would be prudent to invest in a <br />visual voting machine because of the possibility of TV viewing <br />in the future. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer said he did not feel an electronic voting <br />machine was really necessary, but if there were to be one, he <br /> <br /> Page 4 4-5-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
