It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 88-159 approve the request for modification of long term agreements with Walter Johnson Foundation (Golden Eagle Farms), Lund Ranch and Kottinger Ranch, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None item 15b ~port on InterDretation of Grandfather Clause for Pr~cts Which Received Small ~[g~_~ggEpval in 1987 Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR:88:129) dated April 5, 1988, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that Resolution No. 88-160 approve staff's recommendation regarding the Interpretation of the Grandfather Clause as stated in SR:88:129> except that any tentative map (not just vesting tentative maps) shall be eligible for the Grandfather Clause, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None COMMUNICATIONS Holiday Inn Satelite Dish Mr. Swift reported that the Holiday Inn has been instructed that the a wall must be built around the dish. They have been informed that if they do not do this, the dish can be removed. This topic will be returned to the Council. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR There was none.
