103 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Wilson, that Resolution No. 88-400, making <br />application to LAFCO for Annexation No. 125 (Pleasanton Unified <br />School District); Resolution No. 88-401, agreeing to the exchange <br />of property tax revenue in connection with Annexation No. 125 <br />(Pleasanton Unified School District); and Resolution No. 88-402, <br />initiating prezoning to the "P" (Public and Institutional) <br />District for Annexation No. 125 (Pleasanton Unified School <br />District), be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />item 9e <br />Consideration of Adoption of Clarification to the Alameda County <br />Solid Waste Management Plan relating to Asbestos <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report (SR 88:384) dated August 16, <br />1988, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to <br />this issue. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Brandes, that Resolution No. 88-403, approving clarification to <br />the revised Alameda County Solid Waste Management Plan relating to <br />asbestos, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />item 10a <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1378, Amending Chapter 17.36, Growth <br />Management, to comply with present Growth Manaqement Allocations <br />(Intro. 8-2-88, 2-Ayes, 2-Noes, 1-Absent) <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1378 was introduced on <br />August 2, 1988 by a vote of 2-Ayes, 2-Noes, 1-Absent, and that it <br />was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1378, amending Chapter <br />17.36, Growth Management, to comply with present Growth Management <br />allocations, be adopted. <br /> <br /> - 14 - <br /> <br /> 8-16-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
