He stated there have been 4 or 5 minor <br />modifications done in the subdivision without a dissenting vote. <br />He stated he is opposed to the Black's latest plan because the cut <br />of the hill is inappropriate; they need to modify their plan. , <br /> <br /> Mr. Rick Mendoza, owner of lot 19, stated he will be selling <br />his home. The biggest selling feature is the view out the back. <br />As it pertains to the plan presented tonight, the proposed plan <br />will come into his view. He urged the Planning Commission <br />decision be upheld. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed on this appeal. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he has not seen any change since <br />last October. He stated there is a PUD and it has provisions for <br />changing a site; Mr. Black has not been able to satisfy that <br />process. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated the issue is how much of the <br />house will show.
