volunteered to circulate the petition in favor of restricted parking in order to eliminate the trash problem; he feels it is important to get the ordinance into place. Mr. George Withers, 4180 Jensen Street, stated that when the petition for School Street was turned over to him he noted that there were only three signatures and that the petition had not been signed by the circulator. He later went to School Street residents and was told by some residents that they had not seen the petition. He stated that every resident that was home did sign the petition, but some residents were opposed to the fee. Mr. Withe stated the majority of the homeowners are in favor of the proposed restricted parking for a one year trial period without the $10.00 permit fee. Mr. Frank Pacanowski, 4224 Jensen ~treet, stated he has lived at this address for the last 34 years, and that for the last 4-5 years student parking in front of his house has been a problem.
