volunteered to circulate the petition in favor of restricted parking in order <br />to eliminate the trash problem; he feels it is important to get the ordinance <br />into place. <br /> <br /> Mr. George Withers, 4180 Jensen Street, stated that when the petition for <br />School Street was turned over to him he noted that there were only three <br />signatures and that the petition had not been signed by the circulator. He <br />later went to School Street residents and was told by some residents that they <br />had not seen the petition. He stated that every resident that was home did <br />sign the petition, but some residents were opposed to the fee. Mr. Withe <br />stated the majority of the homeowners are in favor of the proposed restricted <br />parking for a one year trial period without the $10.00 permit fee. <br /> <br /> Mr. Frank Pacanowski, 4224 Jensen ~treet, stated he has lived at this <br />address for the last 34 years, and that for the last 4-5 years student parking <br />in front of his house has been a problem.
