<br />Review of Growth Management Approval as to Romero Lot in Foxborouqh Estates
<br /> Councilmember Mohr stated there is need to clarify her vote in the context
<br />of the recommendation of the growth management committee; she overlooked her
<br />Conflict of Interest relative to the Romero Lot in Foxborough Estates there-
<br />fore would like to rescind her vote on this single lot and be shown as
<br />abstaining.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and seconded by Councilmember But-
<br />ler, to rescind its action as to Resolution No. 88-284 approving growth man-
<br />agement allocation for a single lot to Romero in Foxborough Estates, and that
<br />Resolution No. 88-322, approving growth management allocation for a single lot
<br />to Romero in Foxborough Estates, Parcel Map 5304, be adopted.
