477 <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6-2-88 and 6-7-88. <br /> <br />b. Introduction of Ordinance No. 1365, to be read by title only and waiving <br /> further reading thereof, amendment to Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter <br /> 3.28'Purchasing, Section .010 Purchasing Agent Responsibilities, Subsec- <br /> tion (1), so that the City Manager has the authority to either sell, <br /> transfer or dispose of surplus and unused City supplies and equipment. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-265, appointment of Assistant City Manager <br /> Steven R. Bocian as City Manager Pro Tempore, as set forth in Section <br /> 2.08.050 of the City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-266, approval of Claims for the month of May <br /> 1988, in the amount of $11,291,421.26. <br /> <br />e. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-267, approving the appropriation limit for <br /> fiscal year 1988-89 of $19,450,518. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-268, appropriating an amount of $4,047,329 <br /> from the General Fund, Annexation Fund, and the Capital Improvement Fund <br /> to the Prop 4 Contingency Reserve to fund previously approved projects; <br /> and that $214,379 of Park Development excess revenues, as well as $229,664 <br /> of Capital Improvement excess revenues be appropriated to Contingency <br /> Reserves within their respective funds. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-269, approving the proposals submitted by <br /> Gielow and Davis CPA~s for preparation of the 1987-88 audits as outlined <br /> in Staff Report 88:298, for fees not to exceed $34,000; and authorizing <br /> the City Manager to execute these proposals. <br /> <br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-270, renaming the entire portion of the new <br /> street known as Regis Court to.Fabian Court (Mozart Development <br /> Corporation). <br /> <br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-271, approval of final map, improvement <br /> plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5835, Vintage Heights II, Ama- <br /> dor Valley Savings and Loan Association; and authorizing execution of the <br /> Subdivision Agreement by the appropriate city officials. Councilmember <br /> Butler and Mayor Mercer abstained from voting on this item, as previously <br /> established by draw as to which Councilmembers could participate in items <br /> relating to Amador Valley Savings and Loan. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-272, acceptance of dedication of Bernal <br /> Avenue and Utah Street extensions rights-of-way, and 34,398 square foot <br /> right-of-take along Stanley Boulevard from Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad <br /> Rickenback. <br /> <br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-273, acceptance of public improvements, <br /> Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park bike pathway, Project No. 877070; <br /> and authorizing filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> - 2 - 6-21-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
