Zoning for <br />the property is CC (Central Commercial) District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item, and continued <br />it to the meeting of July 5, 1988, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Cham- <br />bers, at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />item gi <br />PUD-88-6~ Application of Flower Realty~ Inc.~ and Prudential Insurance Company <br />of America for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a single-story, approximately 2~150 sq. ft. retail commercial structure <br />and related improvements to be located on an approximately 20~000 sq. ft. site <br />located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Owens <br />Drive. Zoning for the property is CF (Commercial Freeway) District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Neqative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report {SR 88:270) dated June 21, 1988, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br />negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lorenzo Reyes, representing Flower Realty, Inc., stated he concurs <br />with the staff report and conditions contained therein. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> 15 - 6-21-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
