Zoninq for <br /> the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District <br /> <br /> _ Consider Adoption of Neqative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report {SR 88:274) dated June 21, 1988, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br /> negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Knott, representing Public Storage Corporation, stated he concurs <br /> with the conditions set forth in the staff report.
