401 <br /> <br /> Mr. MacDonald advised that the property for Kamp Drive/Stoneridge connec- <br />tion is needed at this time but the park site can be discussed at a later <br />date. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, to <br />take testimony from any affected person at the July 5, 1988 meeting relative <br />to property needed for Kamp Drive/Stoneridge connection; that Resolution 88- <br />264, authorization to send Notice of Intention to Adopt a Resolution of Neces- <br />sity regarding property owned by Mr. Bob Molinaro needed for Kamp Drive/ <br />Stoneridge connection, be adopted; authorizing the City Attorney to file an <br />eminent domain proceeding to obtain immediate possession of the subject prop- <br />erty as described in Staff Report 88:237; and delaying direction concerning <br />taking an additional 1.2 acre parcel owned by Mr. Molinaro for Nielsen Park <br />until a later date. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wilson <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 9:50 p.m., to <br />discuss the Mosier litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 10:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:35 p.m., it was moved by Councilmem- <br />ber Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned <br />to meet again in Regular Session on June 21, 1988, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasan- <br />ton Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wilson <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> ES R.
