401 Mr. MacDonald advised that the property for Kamp Drive/Stoneridge connec- tion is needed at this time but the park site can be discussed at a later date. It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, to take testimony from any affected person at the July 5, 1988 meeting relative to property needed for Kamp Drive/Stoneridge connection; that Resolution 88- 264, authorization to send Notice of Intention to Adopt a Resolution of Neces- sity regarding property owned by Mr. Bob Molinaro needed for Kamp Drive/ Stoneridge connection, be adopted; authorizing the City Attorney to file an eminent domain proceeding to obtain immediate possession of the subject prop- erty as described in Staff Report 88:237; and delaying direction concerning taking an additional 1.2 acre parcel owned by Mr. Molinaro for Nielsen Park until a later date. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Wilson COMMUNICATIONS There were no Communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 9:50 p.m., to discuss the Mosier litigation. Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 10:30 p.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 10:35 p.m., it was moved by Councilmem- ber Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on June 21, 1988, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasan- ton Council Chambers.
