429 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> June 7, 1988 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 7:30 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer. Councilmember <br />Wilson was absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, <br />Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development, Mr. Elliott, Direc- <br />tor of Public Works and Utilities, and Ms. Bengtson, Director of Parks and <br />Community Services, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be removed from the agenda: <br /> <br />item 4s - Approval of Improvement Plans, Improvement Agreement and Dedication <br /> of Bernal Avenue and Utah Street Extension Project {Bernal Avenue <br /> Bridge to Stanley Boulevard) for developers Frank Auf der Maur and <br /> Konrad Rickenbach <br /> <br />item 5e - Minor Modification to PUD-85-21, Connolly <br /> <br />item 9a - AP-88-08, Appeal of a decision of the Planning Commission denying <br /> approval of the application of Presley Homes for development plan <br /> approval to construct an approximately 23g parcel single-family <br /> residential development to be located on an approximately 270 acre <br /> site located on the west side of Foothill Road in the area generally <br /> west and north of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive and south <br /> and west of its intersection with Old Dublin Canyon Road <br /> <br />item 13a- Consider Introduction of Ordinance Reinstating Exemption for Low and <br /> Moderate Income Housing to the Growth Management Program <br /> <br />item 13b- Consider Introduction of Ordinanc Modifying Growth Management Pro- <br /> gram to Permit School District to Obtain Growth Management Approval <br /> on Lands without PUD Approval. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated that if Council had no discussion on item 12e - Revision <br />of Construction Financing for Senior Citizen Housing Project, that he would <br />move the item to 4u. Council had no questions so the item was moved to the <br />Consent Calendar. <br /> <br /> Mr. MacDonald requested that item 4g - Notice of Intent to Adopt a Resolu- <br />tion of Necessity Regarding Condemnation of Molinaro Property, be moved to <br />item 13c on the agenda, to allow for discussion. <br /> <br /> <br />
