451 <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised the City Attorney would like to add an <br /> item to the Consent Calendar regarding Acceptance of the Bernal <br /> Avenue Extension. <br /> <br /> After finding that this extension is an important arterial to <br /> be opened and should be conditionally accepted by the City at this <br /> time and that the item arose after the time the agenda was posted, <br /> it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 88-570, adding an item <br /> to the agenda as 4u to conditionally accept the Bernal Avenue <br /> extension, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Butler, that the following items listed on the <br /> Consent Calendar, as amended, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1390, application of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to amend the Municipal Code to allow "automobile <br /> supply stores - no service or shop work" as a conditionally <br /> permitted use in the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br /> <br /> c. Continue to January 3, 1989 - Adoption of Ordinance No. 1391, <br /> approval of PUD-88-12, application of Frank Auf der Maur for <br /> development plan approval to develop ten parcels and related <br /> improvements for service commercial uses to be located on an <br /> approximately 38 acre site locataed generally in the area <br /> south of the intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and <br /> Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-571, authorizing access to <br /> summary criminal history information for employment, <br /> licensing, or certification purposes pursuant to Penal Code <br /> Sections ll105(b)(10) and 13300(b)(10). <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-572, approving the Conflict of <br /> Interest Code for the Pleasanton Library Commission. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-573, accepting grant deed from <br /> William L. Currin and Betty J.
