Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 88:547) dated December 6, <br />1988, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mark Conroe, Mozart Development Company, on behalf of the <br />Chrysler Motors Corporation, asked for approval of the signs. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cliff Willards, 4919 Monaco Drive, representing Chrysler <br />Motors, stated this office will ship to 150 dealers in northern <br />California. He stated that people do come to the office, there is <br />walk-in traffic. He advised the Chyrsler office moved from San <br />Mateo to Pleasanton five years ago. Last March they committed <br />themselves to Pleasanton by signing a ten year lease. He stated <br />he did not feel it is right to define tenancy by square footage, <br />they do need identification and differentiation from two other <br />Chryslers in the area. They wish to be good Pleasanton <br />professional and personal neighbors, and would appreciate <br /> <br /> - 11 - <br /> 12-6-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
