No action was required or taken by <br />Council on the item. <br /> <br />item 5b <br />Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board, and <br />Planning Commission at their meeting of September 28, 1988 <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 88:74) dated September 29, <br />1988, regarding this matter. No action was required or taken by <br />Council on the item. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br />item 6a <br />Extension of Mirador Drive to Bernal Avenue <br /> Mayor Mercer stated he requested this item be placed on the <br />agenda. He stated that Mirador Drive does not connect to the new <br />Bernal Avenue behind Old Towne. The developer has discussed this <br />matter with him and feels it would alleviate traffic through Old <br />Towne to make the connection, and that it could be done for a <br />nominal cost at this time. Mayor Mercer asked that this matter be <br />placed on the next agenda for consideration. Council concurred. <br />item 6b <br />Analysis of SB-45 (Toll Bridge Revenues) <br /> Mr. Roush presented his memorandum dated September 27, 1988, <br />regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated he asked that this matter be placed on <br />the agenda.
