Councilmember Brandes recessed the meeting to a Closed Session at 12:05 a.m., to discuss the settlement in Amador Valley Savings and Loan v. the City of Pleasanton. Councilmember Brandes reconvened the meeting at 12:10 a.m. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 89-178, authorizing the settlement of Amador Valley Savings and Loan, et al, v. the City of Pleasanton, subject to all of the property owners and Amador Valley Savings and Loan approving the settlement, be adopted. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:15 a.m., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Tarver, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on April 18, 1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
