because of her affiliation as a real estate agent and her use of <br />the multiple listing program. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush stated that because a quorum is needed, <br />Councilmember Mohr is allowed to vote on this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush stated that before final decision on the <br />resolution, he would like to have a closed session. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes recessed the meeting to a Closed <br />Session at 12:05 a.m., to discuss the settlement in Amador Valley <br />Savings and Loan v. the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes reconvened the meeting at 12:10 a.m. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 89-178, authorizing the <br />settlement of Amador Valley Savings and Loan, et al, v. the City <br />of Pleasanton, subject to all of the property owners and Amador <br />Valley Savings and Loan approving the settlement, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes and Mohr <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED:Councilmember Butler and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />item 14a <br />Request from Board of Supervisors, Re: Drought Task Force <br />Recommendations <br /> Mayor Mercer presented a resolution of the Board of <br />Supervisors requesting the cities of Alameda County to adopt <br />drought task force recommendations. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Council instructed staff to refer this <br />matter to Zone 7. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the <br />information of the Council. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> There was no Closed Session held at this time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:15 a.m., it was moved <br />by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Tarver, that <br />the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on April <br />18, 1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br /> - - <br /> <br /> <br />
