423 <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />~ Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised that the applicant has requested that item <br /> 9g - AP-89-2, Appeal by Presley of Northern California, be <br /> continued to the meeting of April 4, 1989. Council concurred. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes requested that item 9h - Consideration <br /> of the Proposed 1989-1994 Capital Improvement Program, and item <br /> 12b - Review of Standard Requirements for Traffic Study of North <br /> Pleasanton, be continued to a Study Session to allow further study <br /> of these matters. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Mayor Mercer set a work session on the <br /> Capital Improvement Program and Traffic Study for North Pleasanton <br /> on April 3, 1989, 7:00 p.m. He advised that anyone wishing to <br /> address the Capital Improvement Program or Traffic Study will be <br /> allowed to speak at this work session. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Butler, that the following items listed on the <br /> Consent Calendar, as amended, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 3-7-89, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaiming the week of April 30-May 7, 1989 as the Days of <br /> Remembrance of the Victims of the Holocaust. <br /> <br /> c. Proclaiming the month of April 1989 as Earthquake <br /> Preparedness Month. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1404, approving PUD-84-5-1M, the <br /> application of the Westbrook Housing Group for a major <br /> modification to an approved 215 unit residential development <br /> plan located on an approximately 230 acre site south of the <br /> southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street and <br /> - Bordeaux Street which would do the following: (1) modify the <br /> patio home portion to increase the unit size range from 1300- <br /> 1600 sq. ft. to 1500-1900 sq. ft., and to allow 9 of the 19 <br /> units to include second-story lofts; (2) modify the paired <br /> unit portion to increase the unit size from 1,000-1,500 sq. <br /> ft. to 1,484-1,768 sq. ft., to add land formerly a portion of <br /> the Catholic Church, and to delete one unit, reducing the <br /> number of units from 50 to 49; (3) modify the single-family <br /> portion to delete four lots and grading on a ridge and add 5 <br /> lots within graded areas in the southerly portion of the <br /> site. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1406, approving PUD-89-1, the <br /> application of Chet Richards and Jessie Pries for development <br /> <br /> - 2 - 3-21-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
