Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential and Open Space <br />District <br /> Mayor Mercer continued this matter to the meeting of March 7, <br />1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers, at the <br />request of the applicant. <br /> <br />item 9c <br />PUD-87-19, Application of Dr. and Mrs. William Yee for rezoning to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Rural <br />Density/Open Space District and development plan approval to <br />construct a 23 unit single-family residential development to be <br />located on an approximately 50.36 acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road in the area north of Foothill Knolls Drive <br />and across from Foothill High School.
