221 <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes felt there should be discussion <br />regarding floor area ratios, minimum setbacks, size of pad, etc. <br />Mayor Mercer stated such a study would have to be prioritized and <br />probably would not be accomplished very soon. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the <br />information of the Council. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to a Closed Session at <br />11:05 p.m. concerning pending litigation, Amador Valley Savinqs <br />and Loan v. City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 11:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:30 p.m., it was moved <br />by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Tarver, that <br />the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on <br />February 21, 1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />J~S R.
