The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 8d <br />Status of the Stoneridqe Drive Specific Plan <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:43) regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Chris Haynam, 3035 Ferndale Court, member of the <br />Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan citizens committee, indicated they <br />were in favor of Options 1 and 2, the Linear Park, and 2 lanes <br />serving only the residential area south of the Arroyo, with no <br />through street in the area. Mr. Haynam indicated that through <br />various media, residents of the area had been asked to come <br />forward in favor of commuting through that area to E1 Charro and <br />.not one person had responded. <br /> <br /> There was considerable discussion regarding this, but no <br />action was taken pending the outcome of the next citizens' <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Item 8e <br />Pending State Legislation <br /> Mayor Mercer presented a memorandum dated May 30, 1989 <br />recommending support of four pending bills. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Tarver, and <br />seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 89-260 be <br />adopted supporting AB 1512 and AB 2206. <br />The roll call vote was as follows <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />8f <br />City of Livermore's Action on the Livermore Airport Committee's <br />Recommendations <br /> Mayor Mercer presented his memorandum dated May 30, 1989 <br />regarding correspondence received from Dale Turner outlining <br />Livermore's action regarding the Airport Citizens Committee <br />recommendations. <br /> <br /> After discussion by the Council, it was determined not to <br />make any changes to the Committee recommendations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer then indicated he had spoken to Rick Aguilar, <br />chairman of the Citizens Affordable Housing Committe.
